Order Processing
All orders placed on agarwoodoudsupply.com are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders received after 2:00 PM MST are processed the following business day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking portal.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking number. You can track your shipment at any time using the carrier's official website.
If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us immediately at orders@agarwoodoudsupply.com.
Packaging & Handling
Every Agarwood Oud Supply order is hand-packed by our specialists using premium, fragrance-safe materials:
- Sealed glass bottles wrapped in protective foam sleeves.
- Agarwood chips packed in airtight pouches inside cushioned boxes.
- Tamper-evident outer seal on every parcel.
- Discreet, unbranded outer packaging for privacy.
Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages
All shipments are insured. If your package is marked "delivered" but missing, please contact your carrier first, then reach out to our support team within 7 days. We will open an investigation and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Damaged on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product. We will replace any damaged item at no cost.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Re-shipment fees may apply for parcels returned due to incorrect addresses.
Restricted Destinations
Due to local regulations on natural wood and fragrance imports, we currently cannot ship to certain CITES-restricted countries and territories. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
